About us
The Climate Resilient Schools Coalition is a diverse network of environmental and public health organizations, school districts, student groups, teachers, social justice groups and others working together to advance equitable climate resilience in Massachusetts schools.
Our Mission
To empower teachers, students and community members to advance rigorous climate education and infrastructure improvements in Massachusetts schools by passing and implementing climate action resolutions at the district-level.
Our Vision
A future in which Massachusetts schools are vibrant examples of equitable climate resilience, where infrastructure and curriculum work in harmony to protect students from, and prepare students for the effects of climate change.
Who We Are
To date, we have over 40 district-level teams activated and advocating for change in their local communities, and endorsements from over 20 organizations state- and nation-wide supporting their efforts.
